Terms of Service

1. Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email.
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time.
• For groups of 6 or more, a credit card guarantee is required; cancellations less than 24h may incur a fee of €35 per person.

2. Dietary Requirements

We strive to accommodate allergies and preferences. Please inform us at least 48h in advance. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment.

3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date, non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who behave inappropriately, cause disturbance, or fail to follow our dress code (smart casual).

5. Liability

Launshal is not liable for personal injuries or loss/damage to personal property on our premises, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Changes & Cancellations
